Curtis Sagmeister is a co-founder of From Barriers to Ability and a business leader with over 40 years of experience in strategy, operations, and organizational leadership. After a life-changing workplace injury, Curtis shifted his focus toward improving accessibility and addressing gaps in disability services.
Doug Manderville is a co-founder of From Barriers to Ability and a long-time advocate for accessibility, bringing over 30 years of lived experience navigating disability. His work focuses on practical, real-world solutions that improve access to services, education, and employment.
